I enjoyed this movie a lot. The plot was good, the twists and turns of it were fun, it kept me on my toes, I didn’t know what to expect, and unlike f is for fake it stuck to one main point. I love movies that have two enemies coming together to get what they need to get done accomplished. I also love how the two main characters, Nino and Chik, are completely polar opposites. Not only are they on separate teams during war they just have been through different experiences. Nino is new as they said in the beginning, dude doesn’t even know how to load a gun. He is so clueless I even found at times I was laughing at him. Chik is more serious and knows what he’s doing. He seems to have way more experience than Nino, he’s quick on his feet, and knows what to look for in certain situations. I liked ho along the way they kept meeting new people like Cera and even the Sargent. The sergeant went against orders to not get involved to help people when they needed it. The Captain was a little annoying in my opinion, I understand why he obviously can’t help considering the UN has to be neutral but come on man. My favorite aspect of the entire movie was when the media get’s involved and follows their entire journey through the chaos. I feel like it was a nice touch. They were low-key absolutely useless though they just reported stuff and exploited them and didn’t give anyone any real help. When Cera got into trouble on the active mine that’s when I knew this movie would break my heart. I cried when they killed Nino and Chik it was so sad and Cera looked so hopeless on the the mine and the way the movie ended was just tragic. While it was very sad I still loved this movie I give it a rating of 9/10, it was so sad at then end I lost my mind watching it.
