Mein Kampf by Hitler is written just to scrutinize the jews for absolutely no reason other than pure hatred. While Hitler does (I think) try to appeal to the audience at first with his childhood and upbringing sap story it makes a very sharp turn to what is definitely the main point of why the book was written. At first I think he really just hates to hate. I say this because I don’t think that he wants to blame his country for how downhill they have gone (in his opinion). He at first blames the politicians and leaders as well as certain types of ways of thinking about the world and groups. No valid reason to really hate the Jews even saying that they’re really not that different except in the religious aspect. Then he starts going on how Jews are the reason of the world’s ills, including the fact that Germany lost in World War One. He swears that it wasn’t the actual fight on the battlefield that caused his country to lose, he thinks people on the inside (Jewish soldiers) “stabbed Germany in the back”. Many Jewish people fought and died in that war for Germany, so for him to turn around and say that is truly the stab in the back. He eventually starts saying that Jewish blood is the real danger to people and that people shouldn’t intermingle with them under any circumstance. I don’t think this idea originated from him like maybe he put his own little twist on it but that thought I think was already put into the world so pretty much not only is he just a hater he’s an unoriginal one…get it to gather Hitler I expected a little more originality from you. Back to the original point though he started to say that even if Jews converted to christianity he still thinks that they are these horrible people poisoning the country of Germany. He made these crazy accusations and more in this book to help himself when it came to earning a place in power so he could finally start making the changes he felt necessary. Do I think what Hitler did was good? Obviously not it was terrible. Do I even think he was a good political figure? No, in this book it shows that with his rambling which we actually have seen recently with some presidential candidates, this man just doesn’t know how to stay on point. I will give him that he was a good leader, he knew how to persuade people and appeal to their emotion as well as command then to do what he wanted and it shows. Hitler is an interesting one for sure.
