Mein Kampf was published July 18, 1925, written by the Nazi Party leader Adolf Hitler himself. I didn’t enjoy reading it and thought it was way too long and not very interesting to me. The Mein Kampf introduction is about how he got the beliefs that he had about the Jewish religion. it was also about how the book is still being used today, which is hard to believe seeing the horrific things that Hitler did in his time as Nazi leader. In the reading it I saw that it was about what he had planned out for Germany in the future and where we wanted to take his power. I kind of find it hard to believe that this book is still aloud to be published and sold throughout the world. I think this because I think that someone can read this book and agree with what he is saying and his actions and try and replicate what his vision was. The writer of the introduction D.C Watt explains that we must use this book and see how Hitler was able to accomplish what he did by putting fear into his followers and getting them to follow him as if he knew a god and the greatest leader known to exist. He also says that we need to use this to make sure that this never happens again. Volume one of Mein Kampf was published July 18, 1925, and volume 2 was published in 1927.
