For being called the “Anarchist Cookbook” Powell never delves into what he believes anarchism is or should stand for. This fact does not diminish the work by any means as it serves as an entry point into the creation of weapons, some of mass destructive potential, and that is the primary goal of this text; this text is not to be seen as an informative foray into anarchism, but instead an informative foray into the creation of objects that incite anarchism. In this lens Powell’s work succeeds in delivering the information that it wanted to bring to light.
