We do not know who made the Protocols but what we do know is that it is plagiarized from “The Dialogue in Hell Between Machiavelli and Montesquieu” (made by Maurice Jolly in 1864) and “Biarritz” (Made by Hermann Goedsche in 1868). It was most likely made by Pyotr Rachovsky to spread fear and hate of Jewish people. The Protocols of Zion were first published in 1897 by Philip Stepanov for his close friends then in Russia in 1903 small pieces of the protocols were published in a newspaper called The Banner (Znamya). The whole protocol of the Elders of Zion was published in 1905 in Russia at the end of a book called “The Great in the Small: The coming of the Anti-Christ and the Rule of Satan on Earth” by Sergei Nilus. In 1920 the Protocols were first published in Germany (the first non-Russia language). Today it has been translated in over 16 languages. The Protocols were then spread west into Poland, France, England, and The United States. In the spreading across the country, it also spread terror and distrust of Jewish people. Also, in 1920 Lucien Wolf exposes the protocols in his book “The Jewish Bogey and the Forged Protocols of the Elders of Zion”
