The Protocols of the Elders of Zion had one sole purpose which was to spread the hatred of Jews. It is claimed to be the “most notorious and widely distributed antisemitic publication of modern times.” The Protocols are fictional, and it was written to purposely blame Jews for a variety of problems. It describes a Jewish conspiracy to dominate the world, and a Jewish plan for total domination. Along with this, it also displays Jews as conspirators against the state. The Protocols consists of 24 meetings between the Jewish wise men explain how to turn anti-Jews into slaves. It contains ideas and methods of how to take control of the world.
Although the exact origin of the Protocols is unknown, in 1903 parts of The Protocols of the Elders of Zion were found and published in a Roman newspaper. After the Russian Revolution of 1917, The Protocols were brought to the West. In the 1920s, the first Arabic translation appeared. Also in the early 1920s, Alfred Rosenberg introduced Hitler to the Protocols and he used them in some of his early political speeches. Henry Ford also published a series of antisemitic articles quoted directly from the Protocols in his newspaper called “The Dearborn Independent” .
